This site is a view-only dashboard designed for new sign-ups to our Payback service and for existing users to check their accumulated payback balances and withdrawal amounts by exchange. 

You can also check payback-related announcements, as well as information on various trading competitions and events.   

For a smooth service experience, please be sure to review the essential guidelines below.

1. Account Registration & Exchange Linkage (Mandatory)   

Registration on this site is required to use all of its features.

Existing Users: After registering on this site, link your active exchange UID to instantly view your payback information. (Please note that only one UID can be linked per exchange. If you are using multiple accounts on a single exchange, please create separate registrations for each.)   

New Users: Please check the registration guide in the [Partner Exchanges] menu and complete your exchange sign-up through our referral link first. Once your UID is issued, register on this site and submit a payback registration request. 

(You will be notified via email within 24 hours regarding the completion of your registration.)

2. Payback Information Update Schedule

Update Time: Daily between 07:00 ~ 09:00 AM (Once a day)

Supported Exchanges for Dashboard Viewing: 

Binance, Bybit, OKX, BingX, MEXC, Gate.io, Bitget, Tapbit   

(LBank accumulated balances are not displayed on this site, but the payback service will be processed normally.)   

Updates may be delayed depending on the exchange's API status. If there are any delays beyond the scheduled time, we will notify you separately through an announcement.

3. Payback Accumulation Standards by Exchange

Bybit: Trading data from two days ago (D-2) is accumulated this morning.

OKX, BingX, MEXC, Binance, Gate.io: Trading data from one day ago (D-1) is accumulated this morning.

Bitget, Tapbit: Certain rate portions are accumulated from one day ago, and others from two days ago. These are accumulated separately on the exchange's website and this site.

LBank: Trading data from one day ago is accumulated. (Not displayed on this site)

4. Automatic Withdrawal System (20 USDT or more)

Once all exchange information updates are completed by 09:00 AM, accumulated balances of 20 USDT or more will be automatically withdrawn without any separate request.

Standard Withdrawal Time: Daily between 09:00 ~ 11:00 AM   

Exceptions (No minimum accumulation requirement / Transferred daily):

Bitget (Certain rate portions): Daily around 10:00 PM

Tapbit (Certain rate portions): Daily around 08:00 PM

LBank: Daily around 11:00 AM

5. Event Payback Distribution Guide   

Event paybacks distributed as event rewards will be automatically withdrawn to the 'Primary Exchange' designated by the user once the accumulated balance reaches 20 USDT or more.   

You can directly change your Primary Exchange at any time in [My Page].  

Detailed event histories are not displayed separately. If you need to check this information, please use the customer service chatbot.
