Purpose of Article 1  These terms and conditions are in the use of services provided by "Gomzi Payback" (hereinafter referred to as Gomzi) The purpose is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Gomzi and users.   Article 2 Definition of Terms The key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.   ① User: This refers to a person who enters into a contract for use in accordance with these terms and conditions and uses the services provided by Gomzi. ② Member: A person who has agreed to the terms and conditions of the site and has registered as a member by providing personal information, who has signed a use contract with the site and uses the site. ③ Use contract: It refers to a contract concluded between the site and its members in connection with the use of the site. ④ Member ID (hereinafter referred to as "ID"): This refers to a combination of letters or numbers given to members to identify members and provide services after members have agreed to collect and use personal information in these terms and conditions and Gomzi Payback. ⑤ Password: It refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to confirm that the member is a member who matches the ID given and to protect the rights and interests of the member. ⑥ Operator : An operator who opens and operates a homepage in a service. ⑦ Termination: It refers to the cancellation of a use contract by a member.   Article 3 Terms and Conditions and Other Rules ① Gomzi will post these Terms and Conditions before Members use the Services, and allow Members to verify the material content of these Terms and Conditions. ② The interpretation of these terms and conditions or matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations. ③ If you wish to change the contents of these terms and conditions, Gomzi will notify the members seven days before the change takes effect. However, at least 30 days prior to any change in any unfavorable or significant matters to you will be notified. ④ In announcing or notifying the terms and conditions changed pursuant to paragraph 3, Gomzi shall be deemed to have agreed to the change if the user does not explicitly express his or her intention to reject the change within the above period. Users who do not agree to the change may terminate the contract or suspend the use of the service within the above period.   Article 4 Conclusion of a contract for use ① The use contract is established by the operator's consent to the contents of these terms and conditions of a person who intends to use the site by registering as a member and applying for subscription. ② Anyone who intends to use the service by registering as a member will read these Terms and Conditions at the time of application for subscription to the Site and express their consent to these Terms and Conditions by selecting "I agree" below.   Article 5 Contents of Services ① When a user enters Gomzi's recommendation code on the affiliated exchange or signs up through the Gomzi's recommendation link, Gomzi accumulates a portion of Gomzi's gains (calculated according to the payback ratio announced by Gomzi) to the user according to the transaction fee incurred by the user on the exchange (the transaction pair subject to refund), and automatically pays it to the user's exchange account or personal wallet address for paybacks accumulated over a certain amount (20 USDT). ② Gomzi can adjust the percentage of paybacks that have not yet been accrued, and it may not accrue paybacks or pay already accrued paybacks if it fails to benefit from affiliated exchanges due to reasons beyond Gomzi's control, such as bankruptcy of affiliated exchanges. ③ Data related to Payback and Rewards will be kept for up to five years and may change in line with Gomzi's policies within five years. ④ If a payback or reward has been accumulated to the user despite the failure of the terms and conditions for payment of the payback or reward under this Article, Gomzi may extinguish it without notice, and the amount already withdrawn and paid may be deducted from the payback or reward accumulated later. ⑤ Gomzi does not introduce or mediate the use of a particular exchange in providing this service to the user, is not authorized to access the user's exchange account, nor is it authorized to handle the user's digital assets. ⑥ In the case of members, you can link multiple exchanges, but you can't link multiple UIDs in one exchange, only your own UIDs. ⑦ In the case of event payback, it is automatically withdrawn if it is more than 20 USDT by adding it to the remaining payback set as the representative exchange.   Article 6 Application for Service Use ① Users who wish to use the site by registering as members must provide all the information requested by the site (user ID, password, nickname, etc.). ② Members who do not register their true information, such as stealing other people's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights regarding the use of the site and may be punished according to relevant laws and regulations.   Article 7 Personal Information Processing Policy The site and the operator do not have a password among the personal information provided at the time of membership registration, and this part is subject to the site's personal information processing policy. Operators shall endeavor to protect the personal information of members, including membership registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.   The protection of members' personal information shall be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the personal information processing policy determined by the site.   However, the operator is not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member. If a member registers and distributes illegal posts, such as posts that are hindered by the customs or violate national security, the operator may view the member's data and submit the data to the relevant agency at the request of the relevant agency.   Article 8 Duties of Operators ① If the operator deems that the opinions or complaints raised by the user members are justified, he/she shall deal with them as soon as possible. However, if it is difficult to process quickly due to personal reasons, we will do our best by sending a notice or sending a note or e-mail to the user members after the fact. ② The operator may request the site to repair or recover the facility without delay in the event of a failure or loss of the facility for continuous and reliable site delivery.
